Section ER-MRS 13.03 - When probation requiredA probationary period is required for:
(1) All original appointments;(2) All promotional appointments;(3) The duration that an employee is serving a trainee, intern, apprentice, student cooperative program or understudy appointment; and(4) Upon qualifying for the objective classification after completion of the trainee, intern, apprentice, student cooperative program or understudy period.Wis.
