Section AB 1.30 - Termination of a grant agreement(1) A grant agreement may be terminated by the board upon 30 days' written notice to the grantee if the grantee fails to comply with one or more of the conditions of the grant agreement.(2) A grant agreement may be terminated at any time by mutual written agreement of the board and grantee.(3) Upon the termination of any grant agreement, the board shall determine how the allocated grant funds shall be used.Wis.
