Section 98-1-6 - Open Meetings; Exceptions; Executive Meeting6.1. All meetings of the commission are open to the public, except as provided in W. Va. Code '6-9A-4.6.2. The commission may hold an executive session only upon a majority affirmative vote of the members present.
