Section 97-7-6 - Exceptions to the allocation process6.1. When a payment is received from a case-specific enforcement action, such as the filing of a lien or a contempt action, and the obligor has more than one case open with the bureau, the bureau employee assigned to the case may authorize an exception to the normal allocation process to apply the payment to the specific case.6.2. When a court orders that a specific payment be applied to a specific debt, the bureau shall comply with the terms of the order.
