Section 92-2-8 - Representation by Counsel8.1. At the final revocation hearing the accused parolee may be represented by counsel.8.2. If the accused parolee is indigent, he or she has the right to apply to have an attorney appointed to them by the Circuit Court, as provided for W. Va. Code § 62-12-22.8.3. A continuance may be granted to allow the accused parolee to obtain counsel if he or she does not have counsel and desires the services of counsel.
