Section 91-25-8 - Violation of this rule or W. Va. Code Section 7A-13-18.1. Any operation of a special purpose vehicle or street-legal special purpose vehicle in violation of the rule or W. Va. Code § 17A-13-1 et seq is a misdemeanor in accordance with the provisions of W. Va. Code § 17A-11-1.
