Section 91-23-1 - General

1.1. Scope and Purpose. -- These rules prescribe procedures to govern the application for and issuance of certificates of number for motorboats and the placement of vessel numbers on such motorboats.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code ''17A-2-9and 20-7-12.

1.3. Filing Date. -- January 11, 1988.

1.4. Effective Date. -- February 11, 1988.
