Section 91-16-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- These legislative rules relate to the policy of the Department of Motor Vehicles in determination of eligibility for reinstatement following suspension or revocation of driving privileges by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '17A-2-9.

1.3. Filing Date. -- April 2, 1986.
