Section 91-6-10 - Dealer Franchise Agreement10.1. Each licensee conducting a business in new motor vehicles or house trailers shall obtain a franchise from the manufacturer to sell a particular brand of motor vehicle or house trailer.10.2. The licensee shall submit on any original or renewal application, or upon the request of the Division, a copy of the franchise or sales agreement the licensee has with the manufacturer.
