Scope. -- This rule establishes procedures for the denial, suspension, revocation, disqualification, restriction, nonrenewal, cancellation, administrative appeals and reinstatement of motor vehicle operating privileges.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 17A-2-9, 17B-2B-10, and 17C-5A-3a.1.3. Filing Date. - April 3, 2023.1.4. Effective Date. - May 1, 2023.1.5. Sunset Provision. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect August 1, 2028.
