Section 88-4-5 - Qualifying Property

5.1. The property to be purchased with a program loan must be:

5.1.1. located in the State of West Virginia;

5.1.2. occupied by the borrower as the borrower's primary residence within 60 days of program loan closing; and

5.1.3. Meet additional property requirements set forth in the Procedural Guide.
