Section 87-13-6 - Appeal from proceedings of Office of Administrative Hearings6.1. An appeal from any final order entered in accordance with these rules shall comply with the provisions of W. Va. Code § 51-11-4(b)(4) as the Intermediate Court of Appeals has appellate jurisdiction of all "[f]inal judgments, orders or decisions of an agency or administrative law judge entered after June 30, 2022." Any party adversely affected by the final order, decision, or judgment of the Intermediate Court of Appeals may seek review by the Supreme Court of Appeals, pursuant to the requirements of W.Va. Code § 51-11-1et seq and W.Va. Code § 29A-6-1.
