Section 87-13-4 - Appeal of Denial of Certification; Hearings; Evidence4.1. For any person who has been denied certification, or who has had a Complaint issued by the Fire Commission which alleges wrongdoing, and seeks revocation, or suspension of certification, the hearings shall follow the procedures set forth in Series 9 of Title 87 of the West Virginia Code of State Rules. These hearings shall be heard by the Office of Administrative Hearings as provided by West Virginia Code § 15A-9-1et seq.
