Section 85-20-2 - Purpose of Rule2.1. The purpose of this rule is to implement the provisions of W. Va. Code § 23-4-3b(b) and the other provisions of the Code that are identified in Section 1.1 above.2.2. Upon termination of the Commission, regulatory enforcement of this exempt legislative rule shall transfer to the insurance commissioner to be administered in a manner otherwise consistent with chapter twenty-three of the West Virginia Code.
