Section 83-1-9 - Use of Credits in Rate Computation9.1. Adjusted credits and adjusted benefit charges resulting from administrative audits or decisions of the Commissioner made under section seventeen of these regulations involving benefits paid for weeks ending prior to July 1 of any calendar year shall be taken into consideration in the final determination of the contribution rate for the succeeding calendar year: Provided, That the adjustment is made not later than June 30.
