Section 78-19-1 - General1.1. Scope -- This rule establishes minimum standards and procedures for the registration of family child care homes under the provisions of W. Va. Code § 49-2-101 and related federal and state codes.1.2. Authority -- W. Va. Code § 49-2-121.1.3. Filing Date -- March 30, 2023.1.4. Effective Date -- April 1, 2023.1.5. Sunset Provision -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1, 2028.1.6. Purpose -- This rule governs the regulation of family child care homes in West Virginia.
