Section 78-15-3 - Definitions3.1. Department. -- The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources.3.2. Disabled. -- The inability to do any substantial gainful activity by reason of any medically determined physical or mental impairment that can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than thirty (30) days.
