Section 78-28-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes standards and procedures for the Head Start classrooms overseen by a Head Start Agency to be deemed child care center licensed under the provisions of W. Va. Code § 49-2-115a and related to federal and state code.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 49-2-115a.1.3. Filing Date. -- March 30, 20231.4. Effective Date. -- April 1, 20231.5. Sunset Provision -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1, 2028.1.6. Purpose. -- This rule governs the regulation of Head Start agencies in West Virginia.
