Section 78-21-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes minimum standards and procedures for the licensing of child care centers operating an out-of-school-time program under the provisions of W. Va. Code § 49-2-101et seq. and related federal and state codes.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 49-2-121.1.3. Filing Date. - March 30, 2023.1.4. Effective Date. - April 1, 2023.1.5. Sunset Provision. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1, 2028.1.6. Purpose. -- This rule governs the regulation of out-of-school time programs in West Virginia.
