Section 78-9-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- The Handicapped Children's Services Manual contains program eligibility criteria, both medical and financial. This manual describes the scope of services to patients and procedures for the provision of these services. Also included in the manual are chapters on administration, confidentiality, and computer services.
