Section 65-32-6 - Additional Information or Amendments to Application6.1. After the review of an application has begun, the Authority may require the applicant to submit additional information. If no hearing is requested upon the application, and the applicant fails to submit the information within the time directed or if the applicant submits a substantial amendment to its application, the Authority may extend the review cycle for fifteen days at the request of the applicant.6.2. If the additional information requested is not sufficient to satisfy the Authority's request or not timely received, the Authority may deny the application.6.3. The Authority may examine the extent of additional information provided or any amendment made by the applicant regarding the application currently under consideration by the Authority and determine the application to be a new proposal subject to a new review cycle. The Authority shall notify the applicant of the determination, in writing, and further advise the applicant of the dates in the new review cycle. The Authority shall also publish notice of its action on its website.
