Section 65-22-10 - Severability

If any section or provision of this rule is declared unconstitutional or void by any court of competent jurisdiction, or the applicability of this rule is held invalid as it relates to a particular person or persons or a particular circumstance, the constitutionality or validity of the remainder of this rule shall not be affected thereby and, to this end, the sections and provisions of this rule are severable.
