Section 65-7-8 - Additional Information or Amendments to Application
8.1. After the review of an application has begun, the board may require the applicant to submit additional information. If no hearing is requested upon the application, and the applicant fails to submit the information within the time directed or if the applicant submits a substantial amendment to its application, the board may:
8.1.a. Extend the review cycle pursuant to the provisions of section 13 of this rule;
8.1.b. Enter an order closing the file ten (10) days from the entry of the order; or
8.1.c. Withdraw the application from review.
8.2. The board may examine the extent of additional information provided or any amendment made by the applicant regarding the application currently under consideration by the board and its impact on the new institutional health service, and determine the application to be a new proposal subject to a new review cycle. The board shall notify the applicant of the determination, in writing, and further advise the applicant of the dates in the new review cycle. The board shall also publish a notice pursuant to subsection 11.6 of this rule.
