Section 64-99-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule establishes general standards and procedures for the licensure of nonprofit corporations to serve as conservator, limited conservator and temporary conservator of persons declared by circuit courts to be protected persons. This rule is intended to protect and promote the rights and interests of protected persons of all ages for whom corporations are appointed to serve in a conservatorship capacity.1.2. Authority. -- W.
