Section 64-78-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule establishes procedures and standards for the licensure and training of persons engaged in activities related to radon measurement or mitigation. This rule should be read in conjunction with the definitions and provisions of W. Va. Code '16-34-1 et seq. (Licensure of Radon Mitigators, Testers, Contractors and Laboratories).1.2.
