Section 64-57-8 - Revocation and Non-issuance of Clinical Laboratory Practitioner LicensesA clinical laboratory practitioner license shall not be issued or shall be revoked if the applicant for or holder thereof:
8.1. Has misrepresented material facts in an application or has assisted another person in doing so;8.2. Does not meet the requirements for licensure; or8.3. Has been found to have intentionally falsified laboratory results or to have engaged in negligent laboratory practices.8.4. The secretary may consider reinstatement of a license which has been revoked upon a showing that the applicant can provide proof of meeting the license requirements of this rule: Provided, That no reinstatement shall be available for revocation of a license pursuant to subsection 8.3.
