Section 64-50-12 - Administrative Due Process

12.1. Administrative due process and remedies for actions taken under this rule, are set forth in the division of health procedural rule, Rules of Procedure for Contested Case Hearings and Declaratory Rulings, 64 CSR 1 and Articles 4 and 5 of the State Administrative Procedures Act, W. Va. Code Chapter 29A.
