Section 64-42-9 - Enforcement Action9.1. The Commissioner may investigate all suspected violations of this rule or of W. Va. Code §§ 16-35-1et seq., and upon the finding of a violation in connection with this rule, the Commissioner shall initiate appropriate enforcement action.
