An administrative budget will provide funding for the personal services and current expenses related to the management and control of the hospital services revenues account. It will enable the department to prepare and complete projects more quickly, and will reduce the administrative cost burden placed upon state general revenue funds. Staff projected include a financial manager, and a construction supervisor.
