Section 64-32-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule complements W. Va. Code § 16-5-1et seq., the State Vital Statistics Law.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 16-1-4 and § 16-5-3.

1.3. Filing Date. -- April 15, 2020.

1.4. Effective Date. -- April 15, 2020.

1.5. Sunset Provision. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on April 15, 2025.
