Scope. -- This rule governs the examination and certification of operators of Public Water Systems (PWS), establishes a system for classification of Public Water Systems, and specifies certain responsibilities of Public Water Systems.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 16-1-4 and § 16-1-9 a(b)(4)(B).1.3. Filing Date. -- March 27, 2024.1.4. Effective Date. -- March 27, 2024.1.5. Sunset Provision. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1, 2029.
