Section 64-1-2 - Application2.1. These procedural rules shall apply to every person, partnership, association, corporation or public corporation affected by any rules, regulations or statutes enforceable by the bureau for public health. These rules of procedure shall not apply to contested case hearings arising under the authority of W. Va. Code § 16-2D-1, et seq.
