Section 64-99-2 - Application and Enforcement2.1. Application. -- This legislative rule applies to any nonprofit corporation seeking appointment as conservator, limited conservator or temporary conservator for protected person.2.2. Enforcement. -- This legislative rule shall be enforced by the Secretary of Health and Human Resources.
