Section 64-33-2 - Application and Inforcement2.1. Application - These legislative rules shall apply to all physicians, pharmacists, hospital pharmacies, health care facilities and patients that are qualified to participate in the hereinafter established controlled substances therapeutic research program. 2.2. Enforcement - The enforcement of these legislative rules is vested with the director of the West Virginia department of health or his lawful designee.
