Section 61-40-7 - Adulteration
7.1. Milk is considered to be adulterated if it contains any poisonous or deleterious substances, does not meet the quality standards set forth in this rule, has been produced, processed, or held under unsanitary conditions, contains added water, or contains bacteria in excess of those standards set forth in this rule.
7.2. The producer shall not use milk if it is adulterated.
