The Mandatory Meat Inspection Regulations (9 CFR, Parts 301 et seq.) the Mandatory Poultry Products Inspection Regulations (9 CFR, Part 381) and Regulatory Requirements Under the Federal Meat Inspection Act and the Poultry Products Inspection Act (9 CFR, Parts 412, 416, 417, 418, 424, 430, 441 and 442) of the United States Department of Agriculture, promulgated in the Federal Register prior to January 1, 2020 are hereby adopted in their entirety with the exception of the deleted regulations specified in section 3 of this rule.
