Section 61-12H-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule establishes the requirements governing the operation of facilities dealing with repackaging, distribution, storage and transportation of bulk pesticides.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '19-16A-4.

1.3. Filing Date. -- June 24, 1993.

1.4. Effective Date. -- July 1, 1993.
