Section 61-4D-3 - General Program and Policy

3.1. Differentiating Dairy Products or Frozen Desserts through a label or labeling material as coming from cows treated or not treated with rBST is not mandatory. Labeling finished products as coming from cows treated with rBST is not required due to the FDA's findings that milk from rBST treated cows is safe for human consumption. However, per
