Section 61-4-7 - Adulteration7.1. The producer shall not use milk for traditional methods if it is adulterated. Milk is considered to be adulterated if it contains any poisonous or deleterious substances, does not meet the quality standards set forth in this Rule, has been produced, processed, or held under unsanitary conditions, contains added water, is from a species other than cows, or contains bacteria in excess of those standards set forth in this Rule.
