Section 60-8-7 - Environmental Performance Goals7.1. The applicant must propose environmental performance goals that it intends to implement and achieve for the achievement of superior environmental performance. Environmental performance goals may be achieved through the implementation of environmental management programs, capital improvement projects, or other discernable programs.7.2. The applicant must describe the program or project that it intends to implement to achieve superior environmental performance.7.3. The applicant must quantify the environmental performance goals that the proposed program or project must achieve in terms of numerical standards or percent reductions.7.4. The proposal must include objective standards by which the environmental performance goal must be monitored, measured, and evaluated with respect to the environmental performance baseline.
