Section 60-8-18 - Application Fees and Triennial Renewal Fees18.1. An application fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) must be paid by the environmental excellence program applicant and is to be submitted at the time the application is filed in the form of a check payable to the Department of Environmental Protection for deposit in the Environmental Excellence Program Administrative Fund for environmental excellence program administration, provided that an applicant which qualifies as a "small business" must pay an application fee of three hundred dollars ($300.00), and provided further that the application fee will be waived for all public entities seeking membership in the environmental excellence program.18.2. A triennial renewal fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) must be paid by the environmental excellence program member and is to be submitted at the time the renewal is filed in the form of a check payable to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection for deposit in the Environmental Excellence Program Administrative Fund for environmental excellence program administration, provided that an environmental excellence program member which qualifies as a "small business" must pay a triennial renewal fee of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00), and provided further that the triennial renewal fee will be waived for all members that are public entities.
