Section 60-2-4 - Form of Requests

A request shall be made in writing and shall reasonably describe the record(s) sought so as to make their identification and location possible. A written request sent by facsimile or electronic mail is acceptable. Requests for information should be sent to Department of Environmental Protection's Public Information Office.
