Section 58-74-1 - General

1.1. Scope and Purpose.-- This rule establishes guidelines and protocols relating to the West Virginia Division of Natural Resource's elk management program.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 20-1-7(30) and 20-2-5h.
