Section 58-60-2 - Definitions2.1. "Aggregate" means the total creel or possession limit of similar kinds of game fish. For example, the daily creel limit for trout is six. This could be two brown trout, two brook trout, and two rainbow trout, or any combination of six trout, but not more than a total of six per day nor more than a total of twelve in possession.2.2. "Impoundment" means any natural or artificial impoundment, lake, pond, or reservoir that is partially or wholly within the territorial limits of West Virginia and is owned and administered by the federal government or by the State or any political subdivision thereof.2.3. "Possession Limit" means fish that are in any way under the control of the fisherman (i.e., the total of all fish of a single species in a vehicle, home freezer, commercial food locker, or other storage place).2.4. All other terms shall have the meaning prescribed in W. Va. Code § 20-1-2.
