Section 58-54-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- The purpose of these regulations is to establish standards to be complied with when training dogs within the boundaries of this State.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '20-1-7(30).

1.3. Filing Date. -- June 24, 1993.

1.4. Effective Date. -- July 1, 1993.
