Section 58-23-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule establishes procedures to govern the revocation and restoration of hunting and fishing licenses and the assignment of points for violations of hunting or fishing laws and rules.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 20-1-7(31) and §20-2-38.1.3. Filing Date. -- April 19, 2024.1.4. Effective Date. -- April 19, 2024.1.5. Sunset Provision. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1, 2029.
