Section 58-13B-1 - General

1.1. Scope and Purpose. -- This regulation establishes provisions for hunting waterfowl in specified areas of this State.

1.2. Authority. - West Virginia Code § 20-1-7(30).

1.4. Effective Date. -- September 1, 1995
