Section 58-11-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- The purpose of these regulations is to provide for the regulation of commercial outfitter and guide services and to assure safe operations.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 20-1-7(31) and 20-2-23.1.3. Filing Date. -- April 19, 2024.1.4. Effective Date. -- April 19, 2024.1.5. Sunset Provision. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1, 2029.1.6. Promulgation history. -- These regulations supersede West Virginia Administration Regulations, Department of Natural Resources, Series XI filed on December 30, 1982 and effective on January 1, 1983.
