Section 58-10-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes the procedures for purchase of commodities and services by the Division of Natural Resources (DNR) pursuant to the DNR's purchasing exemption. These rules do not apply to the construction or replacement of capital improvements, which follow the Purchasing Division procedures and policies.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va.
