Section 58-5-12 - Equal Employment Opportunity12.1. To implement the recycling assistance grant, the grantee shall agree: 12.1.1. That it will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, age, religion, sex, or national origin; and12.1.2. That all solicitations or advertisements for employees placed by or on behalf of grantee shall state that all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, or national origin.
